Some Powerful Contents Of The Workshop

Understanding Behavioral Psychology

Understanding the Pain – Pleasure psychology associated with behavioral change is an integral part of our Management Development Program. This helps participants understand the importance of going through the temporary short term ‘Pain’ of changing themselves positively and going that ‘extra mile’ to experience long term ‘Pleasure’.

Conflict Simulation

Any team would have a blend of different values, though process and beliefs. This difference naturally triggers conflicts and resolving them with respect for each other in an integral part of this session. The learning is driven with experiential activities.

Understanding the Power of Subconscious Mind

All Peak Performance Trainings highlight the power of the subconscious mind and empowers participants with techniques to access the power of subconscious mind.

The Art of Influential Feedbacks

Feedbacks, if given in an influential way can bring about a 360 degree shift in the performance of a non performer! However, this is not seen as feedback is normally used as a mechanism to share information rather than influence the behavior. This session empowers the managers with powerful techniques and strategies to influence one’s behavior during a feedback session.

Indoor Treasure Hunt Game

This is a fast-paced game involving risk-taking, strategic planning, communications, goal setting and teamwork. This high energy simulation is used as a base for the entire workshop and all the other activities that follow are woven into the learning and debrief from this activity. The activity would also drive learning in the areas of team bonding, importance of sharing, power of collaboration, focus, strategic planning, team alignment and many more.

Iron/Steel Bar Bending

Achieving the ‘Perceptually Impossible’ and breaking the mindset barrier is a key ingredient of our Management Development Program. The Rod Bending is used as a metaphor to bend the mindset barrier. The activity drives a great feeling of achievement which is then anchored to achieve the professional targets and goals.

The Ultimate Fire Walk Experience

Fire Walk as an experience is Highly Transformational and serves as a validation of a Transformed Mindset, High energy, Right Focus and a Possibility Attitude!!!When combined with real life learning, the activity becomes the core of our Management Development Program.
